The Fine Print

We believe in transparency. Here’s what you need to know before joining.

  1. Choose your tier. Classic or Elite.
  2. Sign up online, by phone, or in person. First month is due at signup.
  3. Get billed monthly. Auto-charged on the 1st of every month to your card on file.
  4. Use your benefits at every visit. Discounts apply automatically at checkout.

Renews month-to-month after a 6-month minimum.

  • 6-month minimum commitment is required to lock in member pricing.
  • Auto-billed on the 1st of every month to the card on file.
  • If the 1st falls on a weekend or holiday, the charge processes the next business day.
  • Failed payment fee: $25, applied to each failed charge attempt within the same month.
  • Member is responsible for keeping payment method current. Canceling or replacing the card on file does not terminate the membership or eliminate the financial obligation.
  • Prepayment of 6 months upfront is accepted at full price (no additional discount).
  • Members may cancel anytime after the 6-month term with 30 days written notice.
  • Cancellation requests must be sent to our official email and confirmed in writing by House of Lore management. Verbal requests, DMs, or texts to staff are not valid cancellations.
  • A final monthly charge processes 30 days after cancellation acknowledgment.
  • Rejoining after cancellation requires a new 6-month commitment at current pricing.
  • Founding Member pricing and bonuses are forfeited upon cancellation and cannot be restored upon rejoining.
  • Memberships may be paused for medical reasons (with physician documentation), pregnancy (with provider confirmation), or military deployment (with official orders).
  • Acceptable medical documentation includes a written physician statement on letterhead, hospital discharge papers, or active treatment plans. Self-reported conditions are not sufficient.
  • Vacation, weddings, travel, and personal events are not eligible for pause.
  • Maximum pause duration is 3 months per 12-month period.
  • Members may not pause and cancel within the same 60-day window.
  • Service credits do not roll over — including your Mini Facials, annual Head Spa, or other included perks. Use them or lose them.

Exception: If House of Lore cancels or reschedules a confirmed appointment and no replacement is available within the same billing cycle, that month’s credit extends into the following month.

  • Member discount excludes packages, Botox, filler, weight loss programs (including Semaglutide and Tirzepatide), GLP-1 medications, and gift cards.
  • Member discounts do not stack with promotional sales, daily deals, gift cards, birthday discounts, referral rewards, or any other promotion.
  • Members receive their own dedicated member benefits and pricing — promotional offers for non-members do not apply to active members.
  • Retail discount: 10% off (Classic) / 20% off (Elite), excluding prescription items, GLP-1 medications, and any product on launch or promotional pricing.
  • No-show fee: $50 per missed appointment, in addition to forfeiting that month’s credit.
  • Members arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened, rescheduled, or marked as a no-show at the provider’s discretion.
  • Members are responsible for confirming all appointments through House of Lore’s booking system.
  • Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
  • Member benefits, monthly credits, and discounts may not be shared, gifted, or used by another individual — including spouses, family members, or friends.
  • Photo ID may be requested at appointments to confirm member identity.
  • Any attempt to share member benefits is grounds for immediate termination with full remaining balance due.
  • All membership payments are non-refundable.
  • Service satisfaction concerns must be raised in writing within 7 days of the appointment for management review.
  • Adverse reactions are managed through our clinical follow-up protocol and may include complimentary corrective treatments at the discretion of our medical director.
  • Members receive 30 days written notice of any pricing adjustment after the initial 6-month term.
  • Members may choose to cancel with proper written notice if they do not wish to continue at the new rate. Retroactive refunds are not issued.

Founding Members receive locked-in pricing for the lifetime of their continuous membership.

  • Members must disclose all medical conditions, medications, and pregnancy status at every appointment. Failure to disclose voids House of Lore’s liability for adverse reactions.
  • If a Member becomes medically ineligible for ALL services within their tier, documentation may be submitted to management for alternative service substitutions or pause review.
  • All clinical services are subject to medical clearance by our licensed providers.
  • All membership-related communication must go through official House of Lore channels: our business email, business phone, or designated text line.
  • Personal DMs to owners or staff are not considered official communication.
