Your Kybella Treatment Plan
- Schedule Kybella at least 4 weeks before events to allow swelling/bruising to resolve.
- Stop blood-thinning meds/supplements (aspirin, NSAIDs, ginkgo, garlic, etc.) 3–7 days before and after; consult your doctor first.
- No treatment with active rash or infection in the area.
- Not performed during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Tell us the area of concern (double chin, bra fat, abdomen, thighs, etc.).
- Injection process takes under 10 minutes.
- Cold packs are used after—swelling is expected during healing.
- Swelling is expected; peak lasts ~1 week, with gradual improvement over 4–6 weeks.
